" Having moved from the UK to Brisbane in April this year and being a landlord myself back in the UK, I was amazed at how unprofessional and downright disgraceful the service currently being provided by some real estate agents in Brisbane. We had been made to feel like third class citizens, shown houses that were overpriced, dirty beyond belief, in a poor state of repair and in some cases a health and safety hazard. With two young children it was vital that we found suitable accommodation as soon as possible and we were beginning to lose all hope in the current market and service being provided. After five weeks of being marched around these properties by people without a care, not being responded to or constantly hounded to sign up or lose it, it was a delight when we finally met Kristy and hence my need to send this email. Kristy has been a breath of fresh air, helping us during the viewing, moving in and post move to ensure that we were able to sort out any issues we have had.
